1. Governance and Autonomy

DeltaOS (ΔOS) provides infrastructure for AI governance. By using our services, you agree that you are solely responsible for the intents, actions, and consequences executed through the system. ΔOS renders judgments based on your policies but does not assume liability for agent behavior.

2. Payments and Metering

ΔOS uses a combination of base subscriptions and metered billing. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account based on your selected plan. Metered usage is calculated per intent processed and is non-refundable.

3. Data and Audit

We maintain an immutable audit ledger of all governance decisions. You retain ownership of your data, but grant ΔOS the right to process and store this data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your data contribution settings align with your compliance requirements.

4. System Integrity

You may not attempt to bypass governance gates, manipulate audit records, or reverse-engineer Large Intent Models (LIMs). Any attempt to compromise system integrity will result in immediate termination of service.
